Thrive Learning

As a Multimedia Producer at Thrive, I was responsible for the end-to-end production process, from concept development to final delivery. My role encompassed filming and producing various shoots, including both marketing-related videos and content-specific productions. I directed interviewees during filming, ensuring a smooth and professional execution.

I spearheaded the creation of our exclusive Thrive series, demonstrating innovation and leadership in content creation. My responsibilities extended to developing comprehensive strategies for both the marketing and content sides. These strategies focused on elevating current video work, integrating seamless workflows, and maximizing output and efficiency.

Additionally, I created visual decks and visual treatment decks for both internal use and client presentations, such as case studies. Despite the success and impact of my work, my role was made redundant due to the company's decision to outsource production.

Thrive Content

Thrive Content is content library accessible by their customers to help upskill their employees.

For this project, I wore multiple hats, showcasing my versatility and commitment to quality. I took charge of producing, filming, and editing the entire video, and I also played a crucial role in directing the speaker to ensure the message was clear and impactful. Additionally, I scouted the perfect location to bring the content to life.

Thrive Events
(Learning Technologies 2024)

Thrive takes event presence to a whole new level, ensuring their stand is always the star of the show. Learning Technologies was no exception!

From concept to final cut, I brought this event video to life, handling every aspect of production, filming, and editing. Despite a low budget, all shots were impressively filmed hand-held, adding a dynamic and authentic feel to the footage. With 10 hours of compelling footage from each day, Thrive aimed for a short yet powerful video that captured the essence of the two-day event. And that's exactly what we delivered!

MasterclassMondays

Masterclass Mondays is a series which provides information on a specific topic.
Using a Sony FX30 and a 24-105mm F4 lens, I filmed inside Thrives garage, implementing a 2-point lighting system along with colored LED panels. This approach added depth to the walls and gave the video a high-end, polished look while effectively separating the speaker from the background. The aim was to mimic the engaging style of Buzzfeed videos

Meet The ThriveTribe

Filming at Thrive's HQ, I leveraged my problem-solving skills to find the perfect space, eventually settling on a small corner in the upstairs meeting room. Despite its initial dullness, I transformed the area by utilizing natural sunlight from the roof and shooting with post-production in mind, adding the Thrive logo and a lamp later. I also employed a 2-point lighting system and used black material to absorb some light, creating softer shadows on the speaker.

The Second video is a highlight reel showcasing both on-location and remote filming. I used my producing experience to schedule a very quick turnaround and found an excellent remote filming platform. Every aspect of this project—from producing and filming to editing—was handled by me. The result is a polished and professional video that makes the most of a challenging setting and tight schedule.
